There are many places on the web that can give you free seeds if you send them a self adressed envelope. I am starting my own veggie garden this year too. Happy Gardening!

The only thing can suggest is look up your local freecycle group online and ask for seeds.

Go to your local craigslist or freecycle list and request seeds and/or seedlings. I’m sure there are people who would be willing to share their seeds.
