When can I seed my summer lawn IN PHOENIX, AZ?

I got just finished level outside my front yard (it's been dug in points, so I filled truck load of material filling mixed with clean soil higher). Now I want the above-seed the lawn in the summer from the last I make sure that all areas calve I generate cultivate the new grass. When I do this? I 'd love to hear from someone with gardening / modific that the terrenoare professional experience, but if you are a hobbyist informed that is great, too! Thanks in advance!
