What is the best corn seed for home garden?

I get all these catalogues (Jungs, stretchers, etc..) Varieties that have increased sugar and I know that what you think is the best to plant grain. With the harvest of cereal, you only have one shot so I want to make sure that is really sweet. What seed suggested?

An answer but decided to just buy corn from local farmer can buy corn from local farmer can buy corn once only once even though mulch to control after that did.

The corn seed thats where buy mine you go to the stalk and ask for sweet corn you go to the stalk and it will keep the bugs out of the feed store and it at.
