I would be really gratefull for detailed advice because I do not have a single clue where to start. as well break the ground? use as seed? birds not mangieranno the seed? thanks for your time

Buy a book on it. There are plenty to choose from complete with illustrations and simple to follow steps. You will find that much better than printing off any answer you get here.
