Starting a new and first time flower garden, seeds vs. starter plants?

If begin once with the seeds and one of those corredi device starter and then they 'the VE began to develop them plant. Or, I just buy flowers and plants that already have been established and put into the ground. What 's the best way for lasting flowers healthy?
