Is it possible to over-fertilize a vegetable garden?

Written by admin on February 9, 2009 – 7:23 pm -

I admit, I didn 't read the packaging and I think that was a mistake. I spanto generous amounts of organic fertilizer on my garden before the seeds germinassero. I 'VE has noticed the plants to sprout in the areas of fertilizer-less often. I wonder if the other seeds just haven 't comes up with the thickness or the organic fertilizer could kill the seeds.shade garden plants  Read More →

Where is the BEST place/ website to get Good cheap seeds for a Vegetable garden?

Written by admin on February 1, 2009 – 10:23 am -

Where is the best place, or the Web site available for the seeds of good quality at BEST price. I think that goes with www.bountifulgardens.org. They have a wide selection of all seeds impollinati and not open hybrids in large packages at a fair price. My order for a garden from 1,000 square feet is around 50 U.S. dollars. Is there a better place than that?Garden Seeds and Plants  Read More →

Book recommendations for how to plan for when your garden flowers bloom?

Written by admin on February 1, 2009 – 7:40 am -

Is there specific books out there, that can help with timing my garden? So should I know when to plant the seeds and bulbs certain to flourish in some time (for example, spring in advance) and then perfectly coincido with other seeds and bulbs that open in the following periods (mid to late pounce, summer, etc.) I'm asking specifically compared to seeds that are planted as well over the spring bulbs such as tulips, etc.. Thank youGarden Seeds and Plants  Read More →
