Any tips for a beginner’s vegetable garden?

I have a modific the terrenoare courtyard with a garden flower, but I want to make a small garden that I will design and take care of myself. I'm planning to start just outside the fence to my yard. Comprerò plants instead of seeds. It will not be attached to the system of drip that my other plants use (where 's the fun in that?)
