I live in NC. What would have some good plants to obtain? Should I buy it already developed from nursery school, or get the seeds? How should I make the garden? For example, I know that the gerbera daisies are perrinials in NC, but what do when they die? Falcile above? Coltiveranno just back next year? I 'the VE has already obtained the normal shrubs, but I want something that flourish. All information would be appreciated! Garden Seeds and Plants  Read More →

Is it possible to over-fertilize a vegetable garden?

Written by admin on February 9, 2009 – 7:23 pm -

I admit, I didn 't read the packaging and I think that was a mistake. I spanto generous amounts of organic fertilizer on my garden before the seeds germinassero. I 'VE has noticed the plants to sprout in the areas of fertilizer-less often. I wonder if the other seeds just haven 't comes up with the thickness or the organic fertilizer could kill the seeds.shade garden plants  Read More →

Written by admin on January 23, 2009 – 5:14 am -

In addition I am looking to attract wildlife in the garden so that eventually some of these plants will act in this way. I brought only polemonium, sedum, 'War, verbascum, heuchera, calamintha, pratense of geranuim, penstamon, manorda, & scabious; physostegia, does not know anything about them, but rather observe and possibly some of them want the seed of self. I know that is not how to do it, but im not too good with knowing what's what.Garden Seeds and Plants  Read More →

Will God let me into Heaven? I pinched some seeds from my local garden shop twice this season. I feel guilty

Written by admin on December 14, 2008 – 12:08 am -

Ughh. It 's true. I 'm a person dedicated the garden. I lowered my samples swiping some seeds on some plants established in my shop of Royalty local garden (the demonstration garden that surrounds the pond of koi). Now I feel guilty, because the seeds are sprouting next to my window more full of sun. I'm not positive about the plant that is dandomelo this level (but considers suspect that is Baptisia). It has a huge cone of the seed (about the size of a small flowering of pink) with large round 1 / 16 '' seeds inside. In my earlier calls to this particular store, I remember seeing this plant be approximately 3 'high. The stems are long and straight, like a false lupine (but the cone of seed is completely different).... more

Written by admin on July 16, 2008 – 7:39 pm -

I love to do gardening but I'm having a difficulty that I find a company of seedlings or seeds that spedice outside the U.S. mainland. I live in a city with only a small nursery plant, but the selection is extremely limited. I live in zone 4, so the area is still hot enough to grow most plants.shade garden plants  Read More →
